Rejuve Fitness Club was founded in 2019 in Boro Park, Brooklyn in order to provide an all inclusive fitness club and foster a sense of well being for the community. We offer a variety of small group fitness training classes, personal training sessions and nutrition guidance to achieve and maintain your optimal health in body & mind.

HIIT
This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
Circuit Training
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. It improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
Mat Pilates
This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.
Sculpt & Tone
This popular class is incorporating low impact cardio & focuses on total body Strength & Core. You'll leave feeling rejuvenated from head to toe.
Total Body Fusion
This widely popular class includes a combination of all style workouts. If you can't make it to all of them, this one class will give you the ultimate total body workout.
Power Pilates
Like the traditional Pilates class that focuses mainly on core strength with an extra high intensity aspect, so you get a good sweat in as well. A real challenge for the body & mind.
Yoga / Yogalaties
This class strengthens your joints to help you move better on a daily basis. You'll also experience a total body stretch which is great for flexibility & injury prevention.
Zumba
